Story
Sea cadets is a fantastic place for young people to learn new skills and really grow. I have been a sea cadet for 3 years now and have learned so much and made many friends. I am proud to have been chosen to take part in an international exchange to Sweden in July but I need to help them raise some funds.
To do this I am challenging myself to a week end of activities at my local gym

10k row
5k run
1k swim
