I am a mother of 7 children and on the 9th of march 2017 i lost my eldest child Serena at the age of 29. Its taken this long to arrange the date of the funeral because we wasn't satisfied with the results so we took it further and still didn't get the answers we wanted. We can only afford the deposit money for the funeral due to Serena's Father passing away in april last year. Our family have been through and has coped with a lot in the last few years and just want her layed to rest.

Serena grew up to be a loving, caring, funny, chatty, smart young woman. At the age of 18 she was half way through becoming a fully trained Dental Assistant but then she fell pregnant, she gave birth to her beautiful little boy, thats when everything dramatically changed for Serena. She became teminally ill for the rest of her life. she was constantly in and out of hospital for weeks at a time, leaving her son with his father which meant she never spent that much time with her son. She was fed by a tube most of the time even when she weren't in hospital. Serena had Gorestones, Insomnia, Bipolar, diabetes and pancreatitous with her pancreas damaged. She had another baby on april 23rd 2010 who passed away minutes after bith due to complications in delivery because of her illness.

She got admitted in to hospital febuary this year because of the nemonia. The nemonia got that bad she became delirious and confused, she went into an induced coma and was on life support then a week later was pronounced brain dead. Unfortunetly she left her 11 year old son behind who lives wih me. He is finding his mothers death really hard and it's also affecting his schooling.
