I am taking part in the Bassetlaw Sprint Triathlon In August I Have Done it the last 2 years and raised over 5k for MND

The triathlon disciplines are swimming biking running I wanted to complete the event in memory of Stuart Thackeray who sadly lost the battle with Motor Neurone's. Also Kevin Bownes and Jon Day who have also passed away recently and i want to do this to honour their memory..

And also in thanks to the people who have to live with the aftermath of losing a loved one.
