My partner, Stuart Di-Tanna passed away suddenly on Friday 13th December 2013 whilst at home with our daughter Alice. It was a massive shock to me, our family, and all our friends.

Stu wasn’t really a religious person, so at the time of his death we didn’t choose to have a gravestone or memorial created in his name. We decided on a cremation so we could scatter his ashes in places that were meaningful to us.

I have never been able to scatter his ashes. Infact, it took me years to even bring myself to pick them up.

Our daughter Alice is 9 this year and would really love somewhere to go to visit her daddy (like she does her Nonno)

She has asked if we could have somewhere to go and visit her Daddy. So I have been thinking about getting a memorial plaque / area in the grounds of Rotherham Crematorium. We would be able to lay his ashes there and visit.

As money is tight being a single parent. I would struggle to pay for this on my own. I also thought it would be something that Stus family and friends would like to be involved in, so I have set up this page.
