Story
I have heard from Chris' ex wife the sad news that Chris was found dead in Bordeaux earlier this month. His life had been in a downward spiral and it would seem he had been living on the streets of Bordeaux for sometime.
I am trying to raise money to help his ex wife and their three children have him cremated and his ashes brought home to avoid him being buried in a communal plot in France.
We all have happy memories of Chris in the good days and I'm sure his family will appreciate any contribution you can make to help get him home.

6 years agoThe page is now closed as we have reached our target, Chris is due to be cremated on Thursday and his wife and son are going out in December to bring back his ashes.His family plan to come up and scatter his ashes where Chris' parents are buried in Wooler and would like to meet the people who helped bring him home if possible.
