Our friend Abbie.

Abbie Harrison is a 9 year old girl from Gedling. Abbie is typical 9 year old, she loves music (her favourite band is Kraftwerk), arts and crafts, Harry Potter and Wigan athletic. In February this year Abbie was rushed to hospital with a broken-leg. Tragically, Abbie was shortly after diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a type of bone cancer which makes up for 0.5% of cancers diagnosed in the UK each year, around 150 children in the UK diagnosed annually.

Since that day in February Abbie has had her leg amputated to remove the primary tumour, and is currently undergoing chemotherapy. Abbie has expressed her wish of going to Harry Potter world, Euro-Disney and Italy when she is well enough to do so, and to have a huge party with her friends and family. We are raising funds to help Abbie and her family make her wishes come true.
