Namo Buddha School is the Kavre district of Nepal, one of the poorest countries in the world. The school is an oasis of love and hope in the middle of a very poor rural area. The teaching staff are incredibly dedicated inspiring their students who are all as equally dedicated to their learning.

One of their school buses was recently set on fire. All that remains is a burnt out shell.

Without the funds to replace the bus, the school are now struggling to get the students to their classes - without the bus the students face a treacherous two hour walk each way compromising their ability to concentrate when they arrive as they are exhausted. During the summer raining season the paths would be even more dangerous making it imperative they have a new bus before the rains come. If the school have to keep hiring a bus to collect students this adds an unsustainable drain on their very limited and precious funds and could threaten the future of the school itself.

Education is vital if the people of Nepal are to have any chance to work their way out of poverty. Being able to get to classes is the first step so please donate, any contribution large or small will help.
