Here I have the lovely Miss Clelia (I know her through working in the same school) and her family. They live in Honduras, Ocotepeque, a small rural town close to the borders of El Salvador and Guatemala. Unfortunately Miss Clelia is in an abusive relationship. I couldn't figure out how to attach more than one photo so I can send more photos of her with her family as well as one of the injuries she has obtained from her husband. The police here are not concerned with domestic abuse so there is no way of reporting her husband. She would like to move out but she doesn't have the money to do so. This money would go towards her being able to get set up in a new home and the fees that go along with this. Miss Clelia has three kids, a baby Valentina, a daughter Lizzy and a son Jan. She really lights up a room and I have a lot of respect for her as a teacher. The goal of this fundraiser is to give her kids a chance to grow up in a household without abuse.
