Story

Ryan and I will be running the world's greatest half marathon, The Great North Run, on Sunday 9th September and raising money for MIND Mental Health Charity.

This is a charity close to our hearts as we have seen and experienced the effects of Mental Health, also September last year I sadly lost my Uncle Mark and I will be proudly running my 3rd GNR in his memory. He was a dedicated runner and last year got his GNR PB 1hr 28min 27seconds!! (watch out mo!) I will be no where near as quick as him, but for me, its about raising money and awareness for anyone suffering with mental health issues and hopefully preventing the loss of more precious lives. Please remember you are not alone xx
