The childrens hospice south west supports children and their families theough respite care, emergencies, palliative care and end of life - in Devon, Somerset and Cornwall - it is a charity I hope none of you will ever need - but for those that do, it is a charity that makes all the difference to families of children not so lucky. Please do help me to raise some money for this fantastic cause - it takes moments and will make all the difference to families in desperate times.
