Hello, we are fundraising for a mobile defibrillator for Beyond the Walls Outdoor Nursery.

We are really proud to be the first outdoor children’s nursery in the North of England, fostering the long established philosophies of the Scandinavian and German forest kindergartens. The children explore, learn and develop in the outdoors all day long whatever the season. We have now been up and running for over six years and towards the end of last year made the decision to do fundraising events in order to purchase a mobile defibrillator that can be close at hand should we ever need it whilst out on our adventures.

So far we have raised £469 by: hosting family walks, selling handmade cards, doing a name the reindeer competition, and organising a second hand clothes sale. We are also having a bring-and-buy coffee and cake morning.

When one of our parents kindly suggested that she would set up a Just Giving page, we thought why not, every little helps.
