    Story

I have decided to take part in the Half Marathon this year on the 15th April in order to raise money for the Neonatal Unit at the NNUH. As many of you know last year my little Oscar was born at just 27 weeks which was a complete surprise and probably the scariest moment of my life. If it wasn't for these amazing Doctors & Nurses Oscar would not of survived and I would of became very ill. Not only am i forever thankful to these unrecognised heroes but i have met many wonderful premie mummys and daddys along the way who feel the same as I do. I will never forget the amount of times they saved my baby but also the massive amount of support they gave to myself and my family through this difficult time. If it wasn't for them last year would've broken us and it's something i wish no parent to go through. There will never be enough words or money to thank these angels but this can at least be a little thank you for everything they do for thousands of babies and families every year.

I am not a massive fan of running but i'm determined to work hard and complete this 13.5 mile run if it means i can give something back to the people who saved my child. I would appreciate any donations you can manage however small. Thankyou, love you all!
