Hi all, I've just signed up to the Medway Town FC London to Brighton bike ride 2017 with a group of friends from the club, please sponsor me as much or as little that you can afford as it's for 2 great causes, firstly the British Heart Foundation and secondly Medway Town FC, where I assist a couple of other coaches training the 3-5 years olds on Saturday mornings.
