In the Summer of 2020, 10 Explorer Scouts from Pegasus ESU in Glasgow were supposed to complete their 10 day Explorer Belt Expedition on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 this has been postponed until 2021. In 2021, 19 Explorers and Network members will participate in their Explorer Belt. To make this trip possible the Explorer Scouts have been fundraising for the last 2 years. As a challenge in these times of social distancing where no face-to-face Scouting is possible we are asking all our Explorer Belt participants and their families to join in trying to cycle from Glasgow to Vancouver - a total of 4,364 miles or 7,055km! We aim to achieve this over the summer holidays and everyone will be logging their miles on a weekly basis. Please support us!
