Story
A most beautiful soul left us when Mark died on Sunday 14th May 2017.
Mark is and always will be our sparkling light.
'If I make you laugh every day, then my job is done'. And he did.
Mark loved cycling and had an awesome idea. He wanted to create a cycling brand, sell the kit and raise money for cycling related charities. eat cake tri cycling was created with the help of a small group of friends.
Mark ran out of time to make his dream happen of seeing cyclists wear the eat cake tri cycling kit he designed.
We're going to make this happen in his honour with your help.
Your donation will help to create the kit Mark designed so that we can ride with pride and love in his memory. Even I have promised to get on a bike and wear the lycra. Profits made from the sale of the kits will be given to our chosen charities which use cycling and bikes to help those in need.
The wonderful community of Fleet took Mark into their hearts when he went missing on Sunday 14th of May. We will be forever grateful to the incredible people who searched non-stop until Mark was found on Tuesday 16th May.
We hope this idea is something positive for everyone to be a part of and contribute to. We would love to see the day when we cycle through Fleet wearing the eat cake tri cycling kit with pride. Everyone will be invited, on or off bikes.
We will be holding a private celebration for Mark with close family and friends. If you would like to pay your respects, please consider donating to this fund. Please do not send flowers.
Our beautiful girls and I desperately want to keep Mark's legacy alive.
eat cake tri cycling will help us to do this.
Thank you for your love, kindness and support.
And one last thing....
'one day you will wake up and there won't be any more time to do the things you always wanted. do it now.'
(Paulo Coelho)
