Story

Roedd Simon yn byw bywyd llawn er gwaetha’r heriau a wynebai bob dydd oherwydd bod ganddo gyflwr ar y galon. Hoffem helpu eraill gyda chyflyrau tebyg i wneud yr un peth.

Simon lived life to the full despite being faced with the daily challenge of living with a heart condition. We would like to help others with similar conditions do the same.

Both myself and my family have been incredibly touched by the generosity and support that has been received from those who knew Simon. He would be extremely proud to know that his friends have come together and raised just under £5,000 in his memory (Between Just Giving and direct donations). Thank you for all your words of kindness during what has been an incredibly difficult time for all of us. All donations are now going to be given to Calon+ to help others in their fight against heart disease. Diolch x
