Amelia-Rose and Lilac are two little girls (3 and 4 years old) who live in our village who need life changing operations to help them walk unaided. Being a father of two little girls myself, I would love to raise just a small fraction of the money required to help go towards their operations and make their smiles even bigger. With the help of British Military Fitness, some friends and I are going to complete a 60km run on June 2nd from The Severn Bridge to Cardiff. I have never run more than a half-marathon before so this is going to be an epic challenge for me but knowing I am raising money for these causes will inspire me to finish before it gets dark!
