I’m gonna be doing a bike ride from highfield social club 2 central pier and back and pple can run it if they want for my mate daughter who is 8 years old and has 49 ops and going 2 have 50 in jan she’s had half off her leg off and now she’s needs her other foot off in jan and her mum wants 2 take her on a lil holiday her some words off her mum My daughter Amy wolstenholme contracted meningococcal septasim in 2010 at age 9 months old sadly Amy has had to have her left leg amputated threw her knee due to the disease spreading through her body also Amy has lost some of her index fingers and has been badly scared. She has had 49 opporations at alder hay children’s hospital. Just recently we have recieved terrible news that Amy is going to half to loose her foot on her right side due to the damage in her bones caused by the disease. We are traying to raise some money for Amy to have a lovely family holiday before she sadly has to have the operation done witch means Amy will not be able to run a round and live a normal childhood for a while,the healing process takes place. We would like to give this brave little girl Amy wolstenholme a holiday to remember and to make special memories with her loved ones.
