Story
Jayden is ONLY 17 and cannot get anymore NHS treatment because hes under 18. We need to raise as much funds to help his family take him to Germany to get the correct treatment. Im running a 5k inflatable run on saturday 16th June. please can you help me raise as much as possible to help Jayden get the treatnent he needs.
