Below is my story ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I ran a half marathon in Vienna on Sunday 23rd April to raise money for Dost (a project working with separated young people and newly arrived migrants). When I first started this campaign I was hoping to raise money to fund a residential for the young people at Dost, but since this started, things have changed. Dost is being closed down after 17 years due to funding even although there is more need for it than ever before..around 300 young people used the service in the last year alone! So now I am trying to raise money to save Dost so that it can continue to provide a fun, inclusive and necessary youth programme for all the 13-19 year olds from around 20 different countries who presently attend and all the other young people who will in the future.

Dost is in the process of trying to set up as an independent charity but this may take some time and in the meantime they want to be able to still provide a service to make sure the young people are not left isolated, alone and with no support system, so please help me raise £2000 to run the sessions for the next 3 months while Dost sets up again.
