Whitney and Johnny have been given the devestating news that Amelia hasn't got long left. Her signals in the brain are no longer working. If Amelia needs re ventilating she will be transferred to derian house for end of life care. Let's all show our support and raise some funds for this amazing little girl and her family. Let's give this superstar the send off she deserves when the time comes (I have been given permission off her parents) xx
