Savannah-Rose was 9 weeks old when she sadly passed away in her sleep. As you can imagine her family are heart broken. We are hoping as a community we can hit the target to pay for Savannah’s head stone. Its such heart breaking news for all that knew her. So please donate as little or as much as you can. Thank you
