Story

We're hoping to raise money to buy (for 10 years only) a plaque to commemorate the tiny life of our angel Jacob. Born sleeping Thursday 11th April 2013. It breaks our heart that we have to remove Jacobs memorial but this may be the only way to keep his memory alive. Thank you all for reading this and donating whatever you can xx
