On the 6th may 2018 we suffered an unimaginable loss with the passing of Scott Lemmon our one of a kind Son, Partner, Brother, Nephew, Grandson, friend and father to his beautiful daughter Frankie Rae aged 16 weeks. Anyone who knew Scott will know he touched the souls of each and every person he met. Scott had such an infectious personality, he has left a huge imprint on so many peoples lives and left memories that will never be forgotten. Scott was the life of every party and always had everybody laughing. We was all so proud of Scott to see what a great dad he turned out to be Frankie was his world they could not be separated.We are very grateful for all the compassion we have been shown and are truly thankful. Hopefully by raising some money his family, partner & friends can give him the best send off that he deserves. Any outstanding funds will go to his partner Beckie and daughter Frankie Rae.
