Our Rachael Louise wants to jump out of a Airplane 10,000 ft this year to raise awareness of our sons rare condition Gastroschisis and short bowel syndrome supporting alder hey childrens hospital as our son has been here from the day he was born on the 18/12/2017 @ 9.20pm

He was brought 5 weeks early due to his bowel cutting off the blood supply and nearly amputating itself, complication

from one of his first major surgery meant that he was left with short bowel syndrome - which means there is not enough intestine to sustain his own nutritional need charlie was left with only 15cm of bowel.

The complexity of his condition meant a small bowel and abdominal wall transplant was near impossible.

charlie is fed via a line surgically inserted into a main vein in his chest this alone can be fatal if complications arise

after charlies second operation a miracle happened were we thought he would be left with short bowel his bowel had the smallest blood supply, the surgeons were amazed and rang us through his operation to let us know the good news.
