On the 28th November my cousin, Shauny suddenly passed away. He was only 41 years old. The whole family is shaken and grieving hard at such a difficult and unexpected time. He was a terrific dad to three children, a caring son, a loving partner to Beth and just in all a wonderful human being. He was one of the funniest people I knew and despite everything he always had a smile on his face and could easily make you laugh.

His funeral was held on 21st December and was a lovely send off. The cost of the funeral was £5000. All the family and friends pulled together to pay for it but now the price of his headstone will be another £1000, and of course it will be difficult to come up with that.

This is why on behalf of the family I ask that you please donate what you can, however small you think the amount may be, each penny will help and we will all greatly appreciate what you give.

If we manage to reach the target and there is still donation money left then it will be spilt and put into trust funds for the children to help them in the future.

Anyone who knew Shauny (or anyone touched by this) and would like to donate will help give him the lovely headstone he deserves.
