The young people of our community need a safe space to play and socialise. After much research and consultation with Singleton School, young people and the parishioners, we have designed an exciting playground project to provide new play equipment for older children and replace and update existing equipment for our younger children. The project is split into 3 phases. The project is split into 3 phases.

Phase 1 – Sports Wall to include a football goal, basketball structure plus bounce area, two sets of swings, one with two flat swings and a basket swing and one with two cradle swings

Phase 2 – A track around three sides of the field for bikes, go karts, scooters etc. plus three picnic benches

Phase 3 - New Zip Wire, Roundabout and other equipment.

We are making great progress and have already raised enough funds for phase 1. We have raised money from a combination of lottery fund, county council grants, businesses and private donors and phase 1 work starts shortly.

We now need community help to raise £10,000 for phase 2.
