Story
Smiley has a very rare form of cancer Rhabdomyosarcoma which affects less than 60 children a year in the uk and the treatment he needs is pioneering Proton Beam Therapy which is not available in the UK. The NHS agreed to pay for the treatment, accommodation & flights but he needs to be away for about six weeks there are many costs that can not be covered so the money raised will help the family with many expenses whilst being out there.

6 years agoSmiley is now in Germany receiving treatment. He is responding well and everything is looking positive. Words can not express how grateful we as a family are to everyone who has supported us through this journey, both emotionally as well as financially. All the kind thoughts, wishes and donations have been greatly appreciated. The support of family, friends and friends of friends some of whom we have never met has been overwhelming. We thank each and everyone.
