This Christmas we are trying to raise enough money to put a snowflake on the side of the Sheffield Children’s Hospital for Josh. Josh is our close friends gorgeous 4 year old little boy. As some of you will know, Josh was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia at the end of June. He is currently undergoing intensive treatment which has involved medical procedures, hospitalisation, horrible side effects and separation from his family. We really want him to know that there is a snowflake just for him when he visits the hospital this Christmas. We also want to raise some money for the refurbishment of ward 6 (where children and teenagers with cancer and blood disorders are cared for). The staff who are looking after Josh and his family are amazing and the care he has received is top quality but an improvement to the environment would make a real difference to the children and their families who spend a huge amount of time there.
