Someone recently asked me to pick a goal that I would find exciting. This stumped me a little. I have a good quality of life and enjoy a lot of things and I am very lucky. I realised that an exciting goal would also have to be quite scary and involve a big challenge. I love travel and started researching and found a Sahara Trek which covers 100km in 5 days. Those of you who know me this will be a huge physical undertaking. I wanted to do it for a good cause and although I don't have kids, I do value them and thought about raising money to build a school in a developing country. I told my dad and he suggested the school could be built in Zambia, the country where he is from, and also suggested he do the walk with me! So my dad and I will be in training and preparing for this in 2018. The walk is 10 November 2018.
