Weʼve raised £156 to help to pay for a memorial plaque for my old next door neighbour who's funeral is being paid for by the council,he will be in unmarked grave

Story
I found out today that my old nextdoor neighbour, was found dead in his property on thursday 22nd December 2016, aged 64 years old, and that he had been there for at least two weeks, he wasn't a well man, he had severe diabetes, he was losing his sight from that and he also suffered from gangrene in his feet due to the diabetes, he has no family or next of kin, and the council are going to put him into a paupers grave, he did a lot for me and my family during the 13 years that he was my neighbour, his name was Stephen Cox, and he had a kind heart, and i think that it was bad enough that he died alone, and he wasn't found for weeks even though he was supposssed to be getting cared for by carers and district nurses, the system has let him down in life, and it don't want it to let him down in death, so please contribute whatever you can, to a loving caring man so that i can give him a nice resting place.
