    Home Start Newry & Mourne offers one to one personalised support for parents with children under 5, reaching out to families at risk of social exclusion, including those who do not engage with services. Home Start places trained volunteers alongside parents in their own homes or in groups and support is tailored to the individual needs of each family and is provided for as long as the family needs it.
