Weʼve raised £8 to Save the fat unicorn

Funded on Monday, 20th August 2018

    Story

As you may know, a very dear friend of mine Stephen Manning is currently collecting donations to save the elephant, which seems a little silly, as there are loads of elephants. Every zoo has at least 2 of them, and there are loads of zoos. Anyway, it has inspired me to start collecting for fat unicorns. I have never seen one in real life, so I guess they are quite rare. I swear that every penny donated will be spent on first finding, and then saving this beautiful mythical creature. Thank you for your time and generousity.

Even my new found friend Joseph, from Just Giving. Please find attached a sample of the onesie that I intend to buy for Wayne, and maybe even myself. Many thanks, the unicorn hunter.

I am in the process of buying a unicorn onesie, ideally a kids one, so it will comfortably fit Wayne. He has agreed to wear it in Doncaster office, so I will have ample opportunity to take several action shot photos of the unicorn (aka Wayne), to send back to Joseph, as proof that the magical, beautiful animal does indeed exist, which will release the amazing grand total of £8.00 (266% of the target - massively exceeding the stupid elephant appeal), which would pay off the majority of the cost of the onesie. Everyone is a winner.

Just a quick update on the fat unicorn appeal. The generosity has been overwhelming, although I expected nothing less for such an important appeal. I have been in discussions with Joseph from Just Giving, who have suggested I could possibly close the fundraising page as unicorns apparently don't exist. Seriously! Do these people actually get paid ? I told him, that he was wrong, and I was going to prove it. So where does that leave us? I have suggested I leave the page open, and do everything in my powers to prove that unicorns do indeed exist.
