Story
On the weekend of the 27th - 29th July I am cycling a huge 171 mile from Tynemouth to Whitehaven on the Reivers cycle route to raise money for the Jack K Johnstone Foundation and St Catherine's hospice.
The Jack K Johnstone foundation was launched in memory of young Jack who sadly passed away on 14th December 2016 from Cystic Fibrosis. The foundation aims to help famililes with children with cronic illness, disability and or bereavement by sending them on short breaks or day trips.
I am also raising money for St Catherine's Hospice, Lostock Hall. It holds a very special place in mine and my family's hearts, as it looked after my father in law before he sadly passed away in 2012.
The money raised will be split 30% to the foundation and 70% to St Catherine's.
