Story
We lost our mum Susan Mould (McCord/Galloway) on the evening of the 6th November 2017 while battling against cancer. She became unwell around 6 weeks before and spent 5 weeks of those in hospital while her doctor tried to Diagnose her Illness. Unfortunately doctors eventually found new and old cancers inside mum but could not treat them due to an undiagnosed problem with her Liver. Mum continued to fight until the very end as we knew she would.
Coventry Myton hospice look after patients in the final days through pallative care. Myton hospice had arranged a bed for mum to help her, in her final days but unfortunately she did not make it to the hospice.
We are asking people who wish to make a tribute to mum but dont wish to buy flowers to contibute to this cause which we know would have been close to her heart.
Hopefully we can raise enough to contribute to a new bed at Myton or to pay the wages for a carer/nurse to help someone in need like our mum.
Mum was an incredible person wife to Dennis, mother to Louise Emma and Andrew. Devoted Nanny/Grandma to Alex Katie Jack Grace Archie and Owen. Sister to John and Jean and Aunty to many nephews and neices and adopted mum/aunty to ways and strays..😜 Her family was her world.
Mum always had a smile on her face, She always had dinner on the table when you needed it. She always had a shoulder to lean on and there was always a cuddle waiting for you when you walked in the door and one when you walked out.
We will miss her very Much.
Thank you for your contribution

7 years agoWe would like to thank you all in particular but there are too many so we thought we would mention a few. Such as the ladies who shared a hospital ward with mum while she was ill.. who are also going through there own battles. :-). The Choir groups who have contributed so much and continue to do so by raising funds over Xmas.. There are still other funds to be added to the total from the likes of the Ladies at Parkhill Playgroup and the Welsh contingency plus others. Again we are very grateful of your generosity Susan's Family
