I am raising money in the memory of the beautiful, brave and strong Bradley Lowery.

Very sadly Bradley lost his incredible fight on 7th July 2017 at the age of 6.

I didnt have the privilege of meeting young Bradley but from the very first time i saw him he touched my heart and from that moment he has stayed there and always will.

Bradley was an incredible young boy with bravery, confidence and the most incredible smile that can light you up regardless of how sad you feel at his passing. Bradley and his family have genuinley inspired me to be a better person their bravery, strength and confidence is incredible. I will never forget that smile on his face regardless of the battle he was fighting i think a lot of us can learn a lot from him.

Bradleys charity was initially set up to fund a trip to America where he would receive lifesaving treatment. However this wasnt to be as the horrible disease didnt repsond to his treatment. As a result his brave parents used it as a way to make memories for them and Bradley and some fantastic ones they made too.

Now that Bradley has passed, his parents are setting up a memorial fund in his name to provide the opportunity for other families who are battling Neuroblastoma to make memories that will last a lifetime.

So to help support that wonderful charity and to try to help honour that beautiful, incredible young boy with the most fabulous smile i have decided to run the hastings half marathon on Sunday the 18th March. Anyone who knows me is well aware that i am not a runner and this is going to be quite a challenge but i will only need to think about that smile to make it to the finish line.
