Story
As Vice Chair of Plymouth Ladies Charity Club, (PLCC). I am delighted to announce that Adam Rickard has generously agreed to run the Plymouth Half Marathon in May 2019 for PLCC.
Adam says he's inspired by his own children, they give him a reason to work hard at everything he does. As a keen runner, Adam will be training hard and hopes to beat his own personal best of coming 47th in last years marathon.
Adam said he realises that there are children in Plymouth less fortunate than his own, who simply deserve to be helped, encourage, motivated or simply receive a treat. Plymouth Ladies Charity Club is a registered charity, doing an incredible job helping children and young adults (under 25) in Plymouth, by giving them grants of up to £500.00 to buy or pay for the items or experiences they need or want to make a difference in their lives.
Adam is keen to raise as much money as he can for us and we would all be very grateful for any sponsorship you care to give. Adam and I, on behalf of our charity would like to thank you in advance of your generous support.
This charity is run by a fantastic team of volunteers, who work really hard and make such a difference to so many youngsters. If you would like to find out more about Plymouth Ladies Charity Club click on the link below.
