As it is now 5 years since my dad passed away, I wanted to do something which would not only remember him, but would also raise some money for 2 good causes which mean a lot to me. Firstly, for St Andrews hospice in Airdrie, who looked after my dad at the end and continue to do an amazing job every day. Secondly, for RAFA, who help support ex-service personnel as well as current service personnel and their families in times of need. I have decided to do a parachute jump, which will be happening on 25th February (weather permitting). We have paid for this ourselves, so any money raised will go directly to these good causes and won't go to the cost of the jump. I really would appreciate any donations, large or small to help make this jump special for not only me, but also for the people who will benefit from the much needed money.
