Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our just giving page
As most of you know, me and running are worlds apart so to run a half marathon as far as I was concerned was not something I'd ever do, BUT if my big sis Pam Jones could fight a malignant brain tumour for 12 months with courage and a smile then a half marathon 13.1 miles in Cardiff on 1st Oct 2017 in her memory should be a walk in the park!! hopefully.
We have decided to raise funds for Ward 23, Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, our way of saying a big thank you to all who helped Pam, her family and friends through this difficult time with every donation going towards trying to make the stay for both patients and families more comfortable.
Any donation will be gratefully received.
Many thanks again,
Tim and Heather, (my personal trainer)
