Story
On the 16th June I am doing my first Triathlon at Fritton Lake. I wasn't going to do it for charity but a few people have suggested it so after a bit of thought, I have decided to do my day of hell in aid of my son's Beavers Club in Bungay. I feel that even £50 can make a huge difference to this lovely little group.
Please don't expect great things!! If I can get from the start to the finish without the assistance of a paramedic I will consider it a success!!!!!
