Hi!

A group of staff from Riverside Special School in Goole are getting together in the Easter holidays to walk The Yorkshire Three Peaks in hope to raise money to go towards a new minibus for the school.

The Yorkshire Peak walk entails a grueling 24.5 mile walk including 3 of the highest peaks - in under 12 hours.

In the run up, staff will be dedicating part of their weekend to train for the walk which will be taking place on Thursday 21st April 2022.

A huge Thankyou to everyone who has donated so far. This Saturday, a small group of us walked up the first peak, Pen-y-Ghent, as a trial run. There was lots of walking, scrambling & snow. The views were unbelievable and were so excited to get the full walk underway in just over 7 weeks! Please keep donating what you can, every penny is very much appreciated! 🥰🏔
