Hi all my name is victoria im making this go fund me page for a lovely lady called sherry who has fallen on hard times over the past few years shes lost her wife her home and has still struggled on with her 16 year old daughter who lost her mother and her home Too.They have been through so much the past few years. So when an oppertunity has risen for shelby who is 16 to go to college she should be able to go. Shes a very talented young girl but her mom as a single parent cant afford it its that simple So im praying that there are people out there that will help make this possible for shelby to go to college she works so hard she asks for nothing from her mom. I really believe that this will set her up for life shes a child she deserves this chance . Shelby was invited to go to the National Student Leadership Conference. To be invited to this you must first have excellent grades. And second be recommended by a school educator. Shelby is currently in 5 AP classes out of 6 classes. Here in the US AP are advance placement classes. It is like taking a college course in High School.

Going to this National Student Leadership Conference will expose her to recruiters and give her the chance to possibly get up to a 25 k scholarship. Which would be very helpful in furthering her education.

The program depending on which conference she attends is anywhere from $3500-5500 plus transportation and food. These conferences last anywhere from 7 to 10 days and are in different states in the US. This is an amazing opportunity for any young person who wants to further their education.
