This is the fundraising page for Warwickshire Federation of Young Farmers Clubs (charity no. 523045)

We have 9 YFC clubs with around 300 members in the county with members aged between 10 and 26 years old. In a normal year, clubs would hold weekly meetings and enjoy a wide variety of activities, making new friends and learning new skills. Taking part in County competitions (including sports, public speaking, cookery, floral art, stock judging) is a key part of their YFC year and then members are able to go onto further rounds of these competitions through to the National finals.

But of course 2020 and now 2021 are not normal years and Clubs and County's need more support than ever to ensure they don't fold!

The county federation plays a crucial role in ensuring YFC clubs can operate safely providing advice and offering training opportunities. Co-vid has had a major impact as Counties have not been able to hold their usual events and activities and as a small charity, Warwickshire Federation is experiencing shortfalls in income.

We urgently need your help to ensure that we can continue to support our clubs to re-open and give rural young people a safe space to connect during these challenging times.

For the first time in 89 years there is a national fundraising campaign to help secure the future of the County Federations and the donation through this page goes to Warwickshire Federation. The campaign is known as the “Welly Relay” where members travel the distance across the county between all clubs with a welly boot, raising funds and promoting their County.
