I am organising a charity event in September in memory of my dad who was diagnosed with a rare form of leukaemia. The money raised from the event will all go to Bloodwise which is a charity we, as a family, chose to support.

In order to put the event on I'm hoping to raise money to organise the event and also raise as much as possible for Bloodwise.

I am putting on a few different fundraising activities, the main one being a "Canoe the Canal" which will be 4 of us canoeing from Castlefield to Sale (over 8km) on 30th June at 12pm

Myself, Danielle, Ellie and Kirsty are the canoe-ers and haven't really canoed all that much before but are looking forwards to our challenge!

Please be generous and help us beat our target to spur us on!

Predictions on who will fall in first ... my guess is Ellie!
