The Adventures of a Jock and Scouser - Cycling the RaaM

The RaaM or Race Across America is a 3050 mile Race Across America, where participants will try and get from Oceanside to Annaoplis as quickly as possible (7 days 15 hours is the record).

We will not be doing the race (because that would be insane :)) but instead we're following the same route. We'll try to get from one side to the other in 28 days and will be cycling 120 miles a day, over 3 mountain ranges with 175,000ft of climbing through 12 states and 4 different time zones.

We are doing this because of the challenge and we have decided to raise money for the Marina Dalglish Appeal because we all know someone who has been affected by cancer.
