As most of you will know, I lost a much loved and respected family member this year who was ill through cancer. He received a great deal of help and support in his final weeks and I would like to have an opportunity to raise some funds for the Macmillan charity who assisted us all greatly.

So I have decided to compete in the Macmillan Afan Monster, a 100km off road enduro competition, on 25th September this year.
