Story
The 3 Peaks Challenge
The 3 Peaks Challenge involves walking the highest peaks in Wales, England and Scotland (Scafell Pike, Ben Nevis and Snowdon) within a set time of 24 hours. In doing so our teams will support and raise money for Amsphere's charity of the year, HOPEHIV.

HOPEHIV have kindly provided amsphere with a project of their own to work towards
The Malawi Kids’ Club Project
"HOPEHIV have worked with the Salvation Army since 2004 pioneering psycho-social support activities in Bangwe Township in Blantyre using the UNAIDS-endorsed Masiye camp model from Zimbabwe.
In 2005/6 these activities were extended to seven new rural communities in (Osiyana, Masenjere, Namasoko, Lemani, Migowi, Chiringa and Mlambala).
The program has already mobilised the community to take responsibility for their orphans and contribute to their schooling and housing needs. Improved quality of life has been seen in the children already attending the clubs. Requests have been received from other villages for more clubs to start near them".
In June 2008 teams from amsphere will attempt the 3 Peaks Challenge to raise funds to help provide training for 300 community volunteers as well as start up new kids clubs.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us. HOPEHIV will receive your money faster and, if you are a taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
We appreciate any donation you can spare to help us achieve this target!!!!
Many Thanks
The amsphere Team
