UPDATE:

 I have had to withdraw from this year’s London Marathon due to injury (Hamstring Tendonitis).   Norwood have very kindly offered to transfer my place to the New York Marathon in November.   

As soon as my leg is recovered I will re-start my training and hope for an injury free run up to the big day on 5th November.
