Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. If your reading this now, Im probably in the saddle.

On the 10th September 2008, Nigel Burgess and I will be getting on our bikes and heading for the Eiffel Tower in Paris. This fun challenge is in aid of my own sanity and more importantly, Addenbrookes Charitable Trust, Cambridge.

I'm told its 375 miles, thats a seriously long way on two skinny bits of rubber. Your generosity will go a long way to making this a pain worth enduring.

Please dig deep and sponsor me online. I have also received many donations directly and have directed these to the charity concerned. This amounts to over £500 off line and means Im well on my way to the target.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Addenbrooke's Charitable Trust (ACT) will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support - Darryl

About the charity

We want to ensure that every patient at Addenbrooke's and the Rosie hospitals experiences the highest quality of care available. We raise funds for cutting edge technology, additional specialist staff and extra comforts for patients, over and above what is possible with NHS funding alone.
