I have now successfully completed the London Marathon 2009 in 3h 49m, I’m very very pleased with the out come and thank you for all your support, please continue to give generously as I don't need to hand in the money until June.

Yes I'm off again, as if the pain from last time wasn't enough I figured I'd put myself through it all again. I've been training hard and have also given up alcohol for 5 months in preparation for setting a much better time.

This time I will be running on behalf of Wooden Spoon, and proceeds go towards helping mentally, physically and socially disadvantaged children. I've been given a target of £2000 and not a lot of time to get there so please give what you can and pass it on to friends.
